Returns & Refunds policy

Overview

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all sales are final and subject to individual product description and refund policy if available. However, we strive for customer satisfaction and will address concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the service has not commenced.

  • If there is a failure to deliver the agreed-upon services.

    Non-Refundable Services

Services that have been fully rendered or are in progress are non-refundable.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at newsletter@b2bseomation.com with your order details and the reason for the request.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so (Subject to Individual product/service refund policy if available/committed).

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
